What is an Audio Guestbook? An audio guestbook replaces the dull traditional paper and pen guestbook. Instead, we bring your messages and well wishes to life by recording your guest's voices through our beautifully modified retro phone systems.
How much does an audio guestbook cost? Most companies ship your phone back and forth across the country or from the USA, which can get expensive. At Lit Photo Booth, and Audio Guestbook Vancouver we keep costs down by only serving Metro Vancouver and parts of the Fraser Valley. Our guestbook rental starts at $275 and is one of the lowest prices on the market.
Can I provide an audio guestbook as a gift? Close family members or friends often provide an audio guestbook as a Wedding, Birthday or Graduation gift.
What events can an audio guestbook be used at? our most popular events are Weddings and Birthdays, but we have booked our audio guestbook out for all kinds of events, such as gender reveal parties/ baby showers, celebrations of life/ Funerals, Audio yearbooks, private graduation parties, Retirements, corporate events contests and more. Use your imagination, and we can deliver it!
Why is Lit Photo Booths Audio Guestbook better than the rest? With our already low prices, we include accessories to enhance your wedding decor, delivery, set up, and pick up. We even provide a free gift after your celebration.
How many messages can an audio guestbook record? We can record up to 5 hours of audio or over 1000 messages, which is more than enough for any event.
Will my custom recording play when a guest picks up the phone? Yes, as long as the last guest hangs up the phone, your greeting will play each time the receiver is picked up.
Can I keep the phone? No, it is just a rental. We deliver your messages on a USB and mini speaker, making them easy to access or listen to anytime. You cannot listen to your messages via the phone.
How will I receive my messages? We will provide you with the raw files on a USB and provide a free gift of a mini speaker for you to listen to all your messages.
How do accessories work? Accessories are first-come, first-serve. Whoever books first gets them. We include up to four free-to-use per event.
How do add-ons work? Simply choose from our life-size phone booth, tabletop phone booth, vintage briefcase table or antique table, and we will set up the full service for you on the day of your event. We make it worry-free.
Do I need a power outlet? It Depends. Our Audio guestbook runs off a battery and lasts at least 5 hours or more. The telephone booths and vintage briefcase table require a power outlet.
Do I need a wifi connection? Nope, All your messages are stored inside a curated system on each device.
What form of payment do you accept? To keep costs low, we only accept cash or transfers at this time. There are additional fees if you must pay by credit card.
